Rear mounted ripper for motor grader with scarifier inserts

Designed to rip in heavy duty conditions. The parallelogram action design keeps the tines in the most efficient ripping angle, regardless of how deep you rip.

The high lift design gets the ripper up and out of the way to give plenty of clearance under the tines and to help you manoeuvre in tight corners.

Ripper tines are of high strength alloy steel. Replaceable points are made from heat-treated alloy steel, designed for fast penetration and quick replacement. Being mounted on the rear of the grader the weight of the ripper is over the drive wheels and this increases traction.

It avoids the steering problems associated with front mounted rippers, where the action of the ripper can conflict with the steering direction, and where the grader has to drive over soft, freshly ripped ground. The ripper can rip the full width of the grader or use the outer shanks to rip ditches. Spare parts are readily available from your tractor dealer or direct from us.
